Ongoing Admin Console Enhancements: You may have noticed some recent refinements to the Admin Console UI. These are just the beginning! We’re making continuous improvements behind the scenes to get ready for some exciting changes coming your way soon. Stay tuned!
Enhanced Security for Voice OTPs: We're adding an extra layer of protection to voice-based one-time passcodes (OTPs). With this update, users must now confirm device possession by pressing a key on the dialpad before the OTP is delivered. This prevents unauthorized access—such as intercepting OTPs via voicemail—ensuring the code is received only with active user participation.
Redirect URL Enhancement: Redirect URLs will now support in-app browser formats for native application integrations of our Gateway solution.
TrustStamp Integration Enhancement: Our TrustStamp (GovID Vendor) integration will now include a TTL (Time to Live) option for their hosted capture experience.
Webhook Enhancement: Our webhook feature will now include options to add more headers allowing easier integration to some platforms.
React 19 upgrade: Our UI will be updated to React 19 for performance and security purposes.
Translation: A self-service translation feature for Gateway integrations is now available in beta. This capability will allow customers to fully translate their workflows to any language on their own from AXN Admin. A GA version will be released in the coming months.
