Self-Service Email Templates: You can now build and manage your own verification email templates directly in the Admin Console. This new feature replaces the need to route new template requests and changes through an ID Dataweb Solution Engineer, giving your team more control and faster turnaround times—perfect for keeping messaging aligned with your business needs across all your workflows. To get started:

  • Make sure you have “Messaging Template” permissions
  • Go to Email Templates in the Admin Console navigation and click 'Add a new Email Template'

React 19 Upgrade (Admin Console): Our Admin Console UI is being updated to React 19 for performance and security purposes. Internet Explorer is no longer supported.

Opt In/Out of Change Request Emails: Users are now able to control whether or not they receive email notifications about change requests.

LexisNexis Performance Upgrade: Updated integration of LexisNexis services to improve performance.
