1:1 Face Authentication in Gov ID + Selfie Match verifications

New Resilient Checkers for OTP Delivery

What's new
Implemented additional Resilient Checkers covering One-Time Password (OTP) delivery. If the primary SMS service source fails or experiences an outage, the system will automatically switch to the related mapped data source.

Why it matters
Improves the reliability of PIN code delivery, ensuring that users receive their verification codes even if one SMS provider experiences downtime.

What you need to know
There are no changes to any sources currently used by production customers – if you want to use the IDW MasterAP Phone PIN Service in any of your workflows, you'll need to swap out your SMS delivery source for the new Checker

First Responders Active Duty Status Verification

What's new
Implemented Active duty status verification for First Responders via API, including two new AXN Checkers for Instant and Document Verification. A new /search endpoint has also been added to support organization searches.

Why it matters
Expands verification capabilities to include first responders, following the established logic of Military Verification, and provides a robust search tool for identifying relevant organizations.

What you need to know
This is an API-only update; Gateway support is not included. The new /search endpoint requires an access_token fetched from the AXN API /token endpoint.

Admin UI 2.0 Updates

New User List Page

What's new
Launched a centralized User List page featuring a searchable table of all users and pending invitations. It includes advanced filtering by organization, role, provider, and status, as well as bulk export capabilities.

Why it matters
Provides a much-needed overview of all users within the system, making management and auditing significantly easier for administrators.

What you need to know
The page supports downloading a bulk invite template and exporting filtered user lists to CSV.

User Invitation Modal Updates

What's new
Redesigned the User Invitation modal to support selecting organization access levels, roles, and console vs. API access. Added the ability to invite users in bulk by uploading a CSV file, resend invitation and set the invite expiration date. The feature includes real-time validation and review screen to handle errors like duplicate or invalid emails and existing users.

Why it matters
Streamlines the process of adding new users with the correct permissions and access levels.

What you need to know
There are no changes to any existing active invitations. All updates, including the expiration settings, will apply only to new invitations.

Transaction Report Advanced Filters

What's new
Introduced advanced filtering to the Transaction Lookup Report, starting with the ability to filter by specific App IDs.

Why it matters
Allows for more precise reporting and troubleshooting by narrowing down transactions to specific App ID.

What you need to know
The App ID filter requires an exact match and can be cleared along with other filters.

Cache refresh enhancements allow administrators to refresh specific objects in the cache without performing a full system refresh, reducing operational overhead and potential performance impact.

Made several properties unrestricted in Admin 2.0, empowering organization administrators to configure these settings directly without requiring intervention from ID Dataweb admins.
