Master AP for BioGovID Automated Failover

What's new

BioGovID verification now supports automated failover through a new Master AP configuration. If the primary biometric verification service becomes unavailable or encounters an error, the system automatically falls back to the alternate mapped provider.

What you need to know

BioGovID Verification now operates as a unified Meta AP. Existing workflows can be updated to use the new Master AP to take advantage of automated failover routing.

Resilient Date Handling for BioGovID Flows

What's new

Date parsing within document verification is now more tolerant of inconsistent data. The system gracefully handles documents with missing, non-applicable, or differently formatted date fields (such as issue date, birth date, or expiration date) without triggering parsing errors.

Why it matters

This prevents valid documents from being incorrectly rejected due to non-standard date fields, reducing unnecessary friction and drop-off during identity verification.

What you need to know

No changes to existing BioGovID workflow configurations are required. This enhancement applies automatically to all verification flows.

Admin UI 2.0 Updates

Export Transaction List and Transaction Details

What's new

Administrators can now export transaction data directly from Admin 2.0. Export the full Transaction List to CSV, or open the new "Export Transaction Details" modal on an individual transaction to download a customized CSV or XLSX file covering Transaction Details, Acquired Data, Checks (Claims), Policy Decisions, and Event Logs.

Why it matters

This simplifies reporting, audit preparation, and in-depth troubleshooting by giving administrators flexible, structured data on demand.

What you need to know

When exporting transaction details, administrators can select specific data types or download all components as a single multi-sheet workbook.

Workflow Details: Integration Tab Redesign & Error Redirection

What's new

The Workflow Details Integration and General tabs have been redesigned with expandable accordion sections and real-time error indicator badges. A new "Redirect on Error" setting (redirectToCallbackUrlOnError) lets gateway integrations automatically redirect traffic to a configured URL when an error occurs.

Why it matters

This streamlines workflow navigation and configuration, and improves the recovery experience during gateway error states.

When "Redirect on Error" is enabled, redundant error form-state fields are automatically hidden to simplify configuration.

Transaction Report Advanced Filters

What's new

An Advanced Filters section has been added to the Transaction Report's "More Filters" tab, including exact-match filtering by App ID. The "Clear all filters" control has also been repositioned for easier access.

Why it matters

Administrators can now quickly isolate and analyze transaction volume for specific client applications.

The App ID filter automatically trims whitespace and requires an exact match to return results.

Primary Service Credential Configuration

A new "Set as credential" toggle in the Primary Service input configuration lets administrators designate which input attribute populates the transaction credential (PopulateCredentialFromThisAttribute).

This gives administrators precise control over how transactions are indexed and queried, with real-time validation to prevent conflicting assignments across services.

Only one input attribute per primary service can be designated as the credential. Switching primary services will prompt a confirmation dialog to reassign the credential input.

Attribute-to-Attribute Comparison Details

What's new

The Transaction Details decision breakdown now includes enhanced tooltips for attribute-to-attribute comparison conditions. Hovering over a Pass or Fail badge displays the compared values, comparison operator, and relevant service steps for non-sensitive attributes.

Why it matters

Administrators gain instant visibility into why a policy decision passed or failed, without needing to inspect raw session payloads.

What you need to know

Tooltips display only for non-sensitive attributes, protecting user PII while maintaining transparency.
