Production Release: 8/7/25

All new reporting framework + new Workflow Report

We’ve rebuilt our reporting infrastructure to offer faster performance, greater flexibility, and more intuitive filtering and exploration tools. The first release built on this new foundation is the Workflow Report, giving admins a clear yet granular view into the performance, outcomes, and volume of user workflows. Check out the docs for more info.

With this launch, we’re setting the stage for a full suite of powerful, purpose-built reports tailored to our customers’ most critical use cases. Stay tuned—there are some exciting new reports in the works!

Dual document verification for IAL2 compliance

To help customers who are interested in elevating identity assurance by implementing NIST IAL2 standards, we’ve introduced a new identity verification flow that collects and evaluates two government-issued IDs—all streamlined into a single session, with a single interface to reduce abandonment and increase verification success rates. How it works:

  1. Two distinct IDs are submitted in one unified flow, reducing friction while reinforcing identity assurance.
  2. Both IDs are matched against a single selfie for biometric confirmation.
  3. Each document undergoes its own set of tamper, authenticity, and data consistency checks.

Check out the IAL2 overview and IAL2 API integration docs for more info.

FastTap MFA link generation endpoint

Customers can now generate secure FastTap MFA links via API in order to distribute them using their own notification systems. Why it matters:

  • You control when and how users receive the link—via SMS, email, or in-app messaging.
  • Users enjoy a smooth, one-click experience that verifies phone possession with minimal effort.
  • FastTap security and signal strength remain fully intact.
  • Ideal for organizations with custom notification workflows or integrated user engagement systems.

See section 3B of this article for instructions.
