AXN Admin Login Issues

Common Error Messages:

"This account has not been set up for AXN Admin access."

This error message will occur if you have not yet been invited to access the admin portal.

If you are an Organization Admin, you can invite new users by following the guide here

"You did not pass the required security checks, please try again."

Incorrect information or fraudulent activity will cause this error message to occur. You can reattempt to log in, and if the problem persists, contact [email protected] for more information.

"Your organization does not have SSO enabled."

You can enable SSO by following the guide here

"Your invitation has expired. Please request a new invitation."

Admin Portal Invitations can be resent by an Organization Admin. To add new users, please see the guide available here.

"There was an issue with your invitation. Please contact [email protected]."

Retry resending the invitation, and if the error message persists, please reach out to [email protected]

"This invitation has already been used. Please request a new invitation."

Expired or already-used invitations cannot be reused. Please contact our support team if attempts at resending invitations do not resolve the issue.

"Your session has timed out. Please log back in to continue using the application."

When your login session expires, you will be redirected to the login page to refresh your session.
