Inviting Users to the AXN Admin Console

Sending the Invitation

  • In the AXN Admin Console, go to the left hand sidebar and select "Invitations" under the "Organization" tab
  • Once on the invitations page, select "Invite a new user" in the top right of the page








  • When the popup form appears, enter the user's email address you would like to send the invitation to, as well as the permissions level you would like for them to have and then press "Invite in the bottom right hand corner to send the invite








Confirming the invitation was used

After the user's successfully logged into the admin console for the first time, their invitation will show as used under Invitations

And a new User record will become available under your organization's Users
